Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my 32nd birthday. Yippie! Here's the oldest photo of myself that I have. It's me when I was 5 weeks old. Gotta love that 70's green couch.

This is an extra special birthday for me. Not because 32 is "milestone year," but rather because it's a personal milestone. My father died when I was 16. Today he is gone for as long as I knew him (well, technically that happens in Oct, but still).

I love my father's smile as he watches me blow out the candles on my overloaded cupcake. I love you dad. I can still feel you smiling at me. Here's to another great birthday.
